Assist-U-AAC was created after working with AAC Users for over 30 years. During these years I have met so many amazing people who have learned to overcome one of the greatest challenges imagined…Not being able to speak to communicate. I was always troubled by the fact that AAC Devices are so difficult to achieve funding for, and after receiving these very expensive AAC Devices, the manufacturer’s do not assist their Clients to maximize the benefits of this technology. The mission of Assist-U-AAC is to assist AAC Users, their Families and their care takers to utilize their AAC Device to its full capabilities in order to advance careers,, provide independence,  and promote quality of life.
